Esseltine, Susan - (1960 - 2016) - Peacefully, at home surrounded by her family, on Thursday April 14, 2016, Susan Esseltine of Tillsonburg, passed away at the age of 56 years. Mother of Jonathan Rhame (Vicky), Amy Rhame, Mandy Rhame (Jason Chaisson) all of Tillsonburg, and Michael Rhame (Bobbi-Jo) of Woodstock, Ontario. Cherished grandmother of Tyler, Eric, Abigail, Ethan, Samantha, Austin and Rebecca. Sister of Ed Esseltine (Krystal) of Tillsonburg and Scott Esseltine (Sandy) of Cambridge. Daughter of Patricia Esseltine and Ken Coleman. Predeceased by her father Gordon Esseltine (1995) formerly of Langton. She will be missed by her grandmother Louise Berdan of South Lyon, MI, and many aunts, uncles and cousins in Canada and the United States. Special thanks to Sarah and Bill McCormick, Pat Miller and Suzanne and Tina from Care Partners and to Mike and Tina Dias. Friends and relatives will be received at OSTRANDER'S FUNERAL HOME, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Wednesday April 20 from 3-5 P.M and 7 -9 P.M. The Funeral Service for Susan will be held in Ostrander’s Chapel on Thursday, April 21 at 11 A.M. with Mike and Tina Dias officiating. Interment to follow at Cultus Cemetery.
