Obituary for Lois Elizabeth Nevill (McWhinney)

Lois Nevill of Tillsonburg, formerly of Vienna, passed away at Caressant Care Courtland at the age of 87 years on Thursday, July 7, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Albert Nevill (2003). Dear mother of Dianne Melchior (Bill) of Tillsonburg, Max Nevill (Nancy) of Tillsonburg, and David Nevill (Kelly) of Vienna. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Lisa Chevers (Jeff), Greg Melchior (Tina), Jason Nevill (Ashley), Michelle Mercer (Jeremy), Josh Nevill, and Carter Nevill and her loving great grandchildren. Dear sister of Norma Robinson of Edmonton, Bill McWhinney, and wife Ruby of Goderich. Predeceased by her parents, Lloyd and Hazel McWhinney, and infant daughter Doris Nevill, a sister Irene Sproul, a brother Harold McWhinney, and a loving daughter-in-law Wilma Nevill. Lois was dedicated to her family and friends. She loved spending time with them. Family and friends will be welcomed at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519)842-5221 on Sunday July 10,2016 from 7-9 P.M. Funeral service will be held at Ostrander’s Funeral Chapel on Monday July 11, 2016 at 11:A.M. Interment at Straffordville Cemetery. Memorial donations in Lois’s memory to Tillsonburg hospital or a charity of your choice will be appreciated. A special thank you to the staff at Caressant Care and Dr. Dockx.
