The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Annette Leighfield can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Peacefully, at her daughters home on Saturday, May 20, 2017 Annette Leighfield passed away surrounded by family in her 77th year. Born on January 3rd., 1941. Survived by her husband of 51 years Bob Leighfield, and her five children, Erie-Ann, Jeannie Rangel (Sotero), Becky, Jennifer, and Gerald. Proud Grandmother of Keiran and Brady Rangel. Predeceased by her parents Gerald and Jean Marshall and a sister-in-law Sally Leighfield. Annette is survived by her closest cousin and childhood confidant Margaret (Mike) Zavaros. Also, survived by her in-laws Janet Kirkland, Shirley (Murray) Fulkerson, Bill (Mary) Leighfield, Bruce (Liz) Leighfield, David (Monica) Leighfield as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Annette was an active member of the Eastern Star Areme #15 Vienna. Thank you to all family and friends for their many thoughts, prayers, cards, flowers, visits, and food. We would also like to thank the CCAC nurses for the excellent care received.
Friends and family will be received for visitation at OSTRANDER’S FUNERAL HOME LIMITED, 43 Bidwell Street Tillsonburg, Ontario (519) 842-5221 on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00pm. A Memorial Service will be held in Ostranders Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. following visitation. Rev. Vermell Stevens officiating.
