The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William "George" Young can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: George was an amazing man! He was always there to help out with anything. He had a heart of gold. Everytime I saw his eyes leaking he would always say "my bladders to close to my eyes" . It always made me smile . George you will be badly missed.

Condolence: We were so shocked to hear of George passing so quickly. We just came back from holidays to get the sad news. We are going to miss George so much. He was a fun neighbor that would have given anyone the shirt off his back. He and Joanne have been wonderful neighbors and friends to us and our families

Condolence: We are very sorry to hear of George's passing and his friends at Capital will dearly miss him. I know George started with my Dad in St. Catharines a long time ago and his passion and loyalty to both D.L. Stephens and Capital was admirable. One thing you can say about George is his loads were always on time. Even after retirement, he always made an effort to come to our Christmas parties, much to the joy of everyone there.

On behalf of the Stephens, Kelly, and Wilson families and everyone at Capital, he was a loyal employee, a good friend, and someone who will be missed dearly. He will definitely be fondly remembered here.
