Peacefully at his residence on Sunday, October 01, 2017, Tullio Cecchetto of Tillsonburg, was called Home to be with his Lord, at the age of 94 years. Loving, caring husband of 46 years to his wife Pauline. Survived by his brother Angelo Cecchetto and his wife Maria, of Italy. Brother-in-law to Andrew Quinn of England, Maria Ellis and her husband Jesse of England. Predeceased by his parents Agostino and Italia Cecchetto, brother’s Fausto, and Pietro Cecchetto, and sister-in-law Liz Quinn. Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Friday, October 06, 2017 from 7:00- 9:00 P.M. Parish prayers will commence at 6:30 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial for Tullio will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Tillsonburg on Saturday, October 07, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Fr. Tom Ferrera officiating. Interment will be at Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to the St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church Building Fund, or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the Cecchetto family.
