Johan Bueckert 1957-2017
Suddenly, at his home on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 Johan Bueckert passed away at the age of 60 years. Born in Durango, Mexico on August 19, 1957 to parents Isaak (2008) and Agatha (1987) Bueckert. Johan farmed for most of his life both in Mexico and in Ontario. When Johan wasn’t farming or hunting he was spending time with his family which he cherished deeply. Loving husband to Aganetha (Hiebert) since 1978. Caring father to John (Lisa), Agatha (Darren), Maria (deceased Dec. 15, 1988), Herman (Skye) and Peter. Adoring grandfather to James, Levi, Mia, Cameron, Liam and Caleb. Also survived by his siblings Peter, Agatha, Isaak, Henry, Katharina, Aganetha, Helen, Sarah, Susan, Herman, Jacob & Abe. Predeceased by sister Maria. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at OSTRANDER’S FUNERAL HOME LIMITED, 43 BIDWELL ST., TILLSONBURG, ON, N4G 3T6, (519) 842-5221. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Lighthouse Gospel Church, 59 Victoria St, Port Burwell, ON N0J 1T0, with visitation from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at which time the service will commence.
