I was saddened to hear about the passing of my Uncle Glen. I last saw him at the Remembrance Day ceremony on Nov 11th. Uncle Glen, we will miss your spellbinding stories of your air force days and your adventures after your return from the war. Your musical talent showed in your singing and in your playing of the guitar, violin and harmonica. You showed keen interest in our side of the family [my Dad was Uncle Glen's older brother, George] and we will always be thankful that your stay on this earth touched our lives. Rest in Peace, Uncle.
