(1963-2018)
Unexpectedly, at his home in Tillsonburg on Tuesdsay, March 27, 2018, Jimmy “Jim” Charles DePauw passed away at the age of 55 years. Caring son of Simonne and George DePauw (2010). Loving brother to Judy Dedrick (Scott Parker). Cherished uncle to Nicole, Justin, Sara, Jordan and Jamie. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his brother John DePauw (1997), grandparents Gaston Rebry (1967) and Laura Rebry (1991) and grandparents John DePauw (1990) and Jeanette DePauw (1983). Jimmy was a lover of all sports as well as an avid golfer who will be remembered fondly by his golf buddies. In keeping with Jimmy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home Limited, 43 Bidwell St., Tillsonburg, ON, N4G 3T6, (519) 842-5221 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Monday, April 2, 2018. The memorial service for Jimmy will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Ostrander’s Funeral Home Chapel. Private family inurnment at a later date. Memorial donations in Jimmy’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
