In her 100th year, Mildred Marguerite Ketchabaw, of Aylmer, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018, with her loving family by her side. Predeceased by her loving husband Murray (January 08, 2008). Dear daughter of Frederick Burwell and Ada Leach-Meadows. Dear Mother of the late Mary Lou Brady (December 24, 2014), and the late Larry Riddell (December 12, 2015) and survived by his wife Donna (nee Cowan). Proud grandmother of Tammy Grandbois of Tillsonburg; Carl Riddell and his wife Kathleen of Whitby; Joanne Simon of St. Thomas, predeceased by her husband Mike (February 05, 2008); Calvin Riddell and his wife Angela of Tillsonburg. Great grandmother of Jeremy and his wife Heather; Jesse and Marissa; Jordan; Austin; Alexandria; Boone; Levi; and Trevor. Great great grandmother of Brady and Lilah Grandbois. Survived by brother-in-law Keith Ketchabaw and his wife Phyllis Ketchabaw, and many special nieces and nephews. Mildred will be missed by her best friend Peaches. Predeceased by precious sisters Norma McCloy (Robert), Mabel Brooks (Herbert), and a special brother Wilford Burwell and his wife Madge, and her dear friends Polly and Bad News. Friends and relatives will be received for visitation at Ostrander’s Funeral Home Limited, 43 Bidwell St., Tillsonburg, ON, N4G 3T6, (519) 842-5221 on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The funeral service for Mildred will be held in Ostrander’s Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday May 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Eden Baptist Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Eden Baptist Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
