ALLAN LORNE PHILLIPS
July 10, 1933 – September 4, 2023
On Monday, September 4, 2023, Allan Lorne Phillips passed away at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by his beloved wife and best friend Vivian (2020). Proud and loving father of the Late Larry Phillips (2009), Glenn Phillips (Valerie) of Barrie and Linda Palmer of St. Thomas. Cherished grandfather of Shannon, Erica, Cody, Michelle and great-grandfather of Jackson, Myles, Landen, Braydan and Brianna. Predeceased by his parents Lorne and Mary, son-in-law Peter Palmer and sister Doreen Sinclair (2022). Allan was a long-time employee of Kodak Canada. Allan was an avid golfer and enjoyed curling, oil painting and cheering on his beloved Boston Bruins. In keeping with Allan’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation may be made directly to the charity or by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) whom have been entrusted by the Phillips family.
