BARBARA RAE FRANK
September 18, 1950 – October 2, 2022
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Barbara Rae (Lindsay) Frank, of Tillsonburg and formerly of Brampton, at VON Sakura House, Woodstock on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the age of 72 years. Beloved wife and best friend for 45 years to Douglas. Proud and loving mother of Brian and Wayne Otto. Cherished grandmother of Jordyn and Jackson Otto and step-grandmother of Jacob Plastow. Dear daughter of Margaret Lindsay. Barbara is also survived by her siblings, Sandra, Patricia, Judy, Dorothy, Richard, Sharon, Daniel, David, Susan and Christopher. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father, Arthur Sr. and siblings Arthur Jr., Heather and Gerald. Barbara liked the simple things like gardening, watching birds, walks and warm weather. She was a world class home cook and baker and accomplished anything she set out to do. She will be remembered for her ability to light up a room with her sparkling eyes, infectious smile and a laugh that no one could forget. Her ability to connect and socialize with family, friends and strangers was renowned. She was a generous giver, never a taker. Above all else, family came first. In keeping with Barbara’s wishes, cremation has taken place with private family arrangements.
