1969 - 2021
It is with great sadness the family of Christopher Lee Ternapolski announce his unexpected passing on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at his residence at the age of 52 years. Chris is the loving husband of Judy. Proud father of Nick Ternapolski and his wife Amanda, and his daughter Michelle Ternapolski. Chris adored his grandson Wyatt. Loving brother to Dave and James Ternapolski. Brother-in-law to Isaac (Tina), Rick (Tina), John (Kim), Elizabeth, Ann (Neil), Mary (Chris), Jake (Lena) and Colleen. Step-son to Jill. Uncle to several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Renata, brother John, mother-in-law Elizabeth and father-in-law Johan. Chris was a longtime employee of Academy of Music in Tillsonburg. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service for Chris will be held by invite only on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. and will be Live Streamed. All invited guests must wear a mask and will be socially distanced. Donations in Chris’s memory may be made to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) by following directions on Chris’s tribute page or by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
