Peacefully at Woodingford Lodge, Tillsonburg surrounded by her loving family, Mary Rita “Duane” Booth (nee Pelow) passed away on Saturday January 1, 2022 in her 89th year. Loving wife of 67 years to Orin. Supportive, caring mother to the late Deborah Booth, Donna (Dale) Mousseau, Geraldine (Lawrence) Smyth, Lorne Booth, Sheldon Booth. Proud grandmother to Sheldon (Crystal), Alexandra, Liam, Noah, Patrick, Crystal (Stuart), Deborah, Zane (Iesha), Christopher, James (Caterina), Jillian. Great grandmother to 6 great grandchildren. Sister to Anita Palmer. Predeceased by parents Gordon Pelow and Cecil Guindon, Great granddaughter Kaleigh, and 6 sisters and 8 brothers. Duane loved to curl, lawn bowl and doing her many crafts. She volunteered at Tillsonburg District Memorial hospital for 20 years. At the request of Duane’s family, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Tillsonburg.
