Peacefully, at VON-Sakura House in Woodstock on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, Edith May (Lingham) Peaker of Tillsonburg passed away at the age of 84 years. Beloved wife and best friend of the Late George Peaker (2009). Dear sister of Harvey Lingham and his wife Marie of Tillsonburg. Dear aunt of Cathy Schoeler and her husband Gerhard of Germany, Mark Nethercott and his wife Karen of Woodstock and Carole Lowe and her husband Peter of England. Edith will also be missed by her great-nieces and nephews and many friends. Predeceased by her sister Marie Nethercott and her husband Harold. Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. The Funeral Service for Edith will be held in Ostrander’s Chapel at 3:00 pm with Pastor Peter Black officiating. Interment will follow at the Tillsonburg Cemetery.
