On Saturday, April 29, 2023, Ernest Keith Ellis of Tillsonburg was called Home to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, in his 98th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Helen, his son Paul, his daughter Evelyn, his son-in-law’s Earl Weeks and Lloyd Livingstone. Ernest was the best father to his son Roger and his wife Iva and daughter Dorothy Weeks. He was an amazing grandfather to Alice Johnson and her husband Mike, Chris Gamble and his partner Michelle Wallace, Grant Ellis and his wife Danya, Glenn Ellis and Brian Weeks. Ernest was a great grandfather to 6 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by many family members. Ernest had a passion for raising miniature horses. Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Sunday May 7, 2023 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. The Memorial Service for Ernest will be held following the visitation on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Lola Mather-Dyer officiating.
