It is with heavy hearts that the family of Howard “Wayne” Cole, of Tillsonburg announce his passing at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband and best friend for 50 years to the Late Janet Cole (2019). Proud father of his sons Dwayne Cole and Jeff Cole. Dear brother of Kathy Gillatly (Jim), Nancy Morrice (Jim), Vickie Cole (Dan), Robert Cole and Kevin Cole (Joyce). Wayne is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Howard and Norma (Shearer) Cole and his brother Larry Cole.
Family and friends will be received by the Cole family at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell St, Tillsonburg, ON, (519) 842-5221 on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 11:00 am – 12:45 pm.
The Funeral Service for Wayne will follow at 1:00 pm in Ostrander’s Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held in the spring at the Delmer Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the Cole family.
