Dear Peter,Rob,Chris, and Jamie
It was with great sadness that we heard of Dianne's passing. Dianne was a big part of our family for many years. Her personality was always bubbly , positive, as well as her smile and laughter contagious.
We never had the honour of meeting you Rob and Chris but do know how proud your mother was of the both of you.
Dianne and Peter were prefect for each other, loving and supporting each other over the years.
Our thoughts are with you and your family

We are so sorry to hear of Diane’s passing. We have so many good memories of Diane from Jimmy’s restaurant. She just beamed with light all the time and made our dinner such a special time with our parents and Grandparents.
We love you, Diane. Hope you’re enjoying lots of Love and Peace above.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Diane for many years. Through her I also met her son Chris. Both fine people who I considered friends. Diane and I first met when I worked as a Sales Rep with Summit Foods London when she hosted and ran the old Hill Top Restaurant. It was 1986-87. I was 29! The building is still there beside the Hill Top Motel. I solicited her business for food supplies. She was my first customer in town in my sales career with Summit - (13 years) . We hit it off instantly.
From there when she took over Jimmys Restaurant in 1997, she called me in to help get her stocked up on supplies. I left the Food Service business to pursue other insterests in the Industrial trade in 98' but we remained friends for years.
When I visited the Fish Gang at the restaurant I was allowed to get my own coffee. In fact I do recall helping out a few times when they were swamped with customers and under took Coffee re-fills and operating the Coffee machine to keep up.
My tips comprised of .... free coffee!
To you Diane and the Fish family - my respect and adoration for making my life richer with smiles - laughter - excellent Breakfast and memories .
Our sincere condolences to all. She was a great and accomplished Woman.

Chris and Family: I'm so very sorry to hear of Diane's passing. She was such a wonderful woman. Jimmy's Restaurant was our go to restaurant. Byron loved to tease her and she always wanted to know where he'd been since they last saw each other. She will be missed by many. Much Love, Robyn Palmer
