ILA “DIANE” FISH
OCTOBER 5TH, 1947 – SEPTEMBER 21, 2020
Peacefully, at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Monday, September 21, 2020, Diane Fish passed away at the age of 72 years. Beloved partner of Peter Dodd. Proud and loving mother of Rob Fish and partner Brenda Hamm, Chris Fish and step mother to Jamie Dodd. Sister to Ron Lee and his wife Brenda Lee (2020), Bob Lee and his wife Sheila Lee, Barbara Lee and her partner Michael Slater. She will be missed by her dearest friends Bob & Marlene Knack and John Fish. Predeceased by her parents William (1998) and Dorothy (2016) (Westbrook) Lee. She will also be missed by many, nieces, nephews, and friends. Diane loved all her furry animals. As a waitress for 40 years and the proud owner of Jimmy’s Family Restaurant for 20 years, Diane was known for being a loving and thoughtful person with a heart of gold. In keeping with Diane’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. The Fish family would like to thank Dr. Teriaky’s team at University Hospital in London, Tillsonburg Hospitals Intensive Care Unit nurses and staff, Dr. Ruth Caperchione and Dr. Van Hookydank and his staff for all their care and compassion. Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association and War Amps may be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) whom have been entrusted by the Fish family.
