MAY 23, 1927 – APRIL 12, 2021
Peacefully at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Monday, April 12, 2021, Irene May Jacob passed away at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Murray Jacob (1994). Loving mother to Peggy Breit and her husband Richard, Rick Jacob and his wife Christine and the late Gary Jacob. Caring grandmother to 8 grandchildren and great grandmother to 11 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Lilly Cain, her brothers Jack, Roy, Robert, Arthur and James Cain, and her sisters Margaret Ketchabaw and Doris Tonkin. Irene was an active member of the fitness group at the community centre for over 10 years. Cremation has taken place and a private family inurnment will be held at the Delmer Cemetery at a later date.
