It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, grandpa, son, and brother Kevin Stanley Cooper. Kevin passed away at the age of 66. He was born Jan. 8, 1956, in Tillsonburg to Stanley and Joyce (Hicks) Cooper.
Kevin was known to his friends as “K.C.” and was a successful and trusted mechanic in Tillsonburg for more than 40 years. Even though he was retired for several years, he’d still receive calls from long-time customers hoping to have him service their vehicles. Kevin enjoyed fishing, especially for bass down at Long Point, and travelling and camping with Bonnie in their travel trailer.
Kevin devoted his life to caring for his beloved wife and best friend Bonnie. He was her primary caregiver and centre of her world until his sudden passing. He has left a big hole in Bonnie’s heart that will never be filled.
Left to mourn Kevin are wife Bonnie and her children Nick and Tara de Ryk and their families; sons Kraig and Kyle Cooper and their families; sister Christine Bye and her family; Mother Joyce and Kevin and Bonnie’s little dog Daisy. Kevin was predeceased by his father Stanley.
At Kevin’s request, no funeral service will take place. Personal condolences and memories can be shared at www.ostrandersfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice. The family has requested please do not send flowers.
