MARIE ETTA BARKER
Marie Etta Barker, of Tillsonburg and formerly of Burlington passed away at Maple Manor Nursing Home, Tillsonburg on Monday, March 6, 2023 at the age of 85 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Bob (2019). Loving mother to Joan Crawford, Susan (Mark) Greenfield and David (Linda) Barker. Cherished grandmother to Bec, Sarah (Jake), Megan (Dannie), Jordan (Jaimie), Aunna (Ryley), James, Ethan and Emma. Great-grandmother of Kellan, Emmett and Leighton. Sister to Kathy (Gary) Pritchard. Predeceased by her parents John and Marie Burke. Marie was an avid golfer and a champion bridge player. She loved Florida, her pet cats, baseball, hockey and gardening. In keeping with Marie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial visitation will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, 88 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg on Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 12 noon until the time of the Memorial Service which will be 1:00 pm with Rev. Karlene Brown-Palmer officiating.
