1946 - 2022
After a very short courageous battle with illness, Diane Robinson of Eden passed away at her residence on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Loving partner of 25 years to Harry Rymer. Incredible mother to Colleen Cassidy and her husband Casey, Kim Arbeau and her husband Shawn, Tim Ward and his partner Jenn Melvin. Diane also loved her special children Jason Rymer, Scott Rymer and his wife Jody, Colleen McKinnon and her husband Dave. Diane was a proud grandmother to Alissa (Dave), Anthony (Jessica), Ashley (Greg), Nicole (Gerard), Ben, L.J., Brooklyn, Cruz, Mila, Meghan, Owen, Nathan, Leah, Rachael and Rilyn. She was a great grandmother to Christopher, Rachelle, Laina, Lucian, Casey, Callen and Aurora. Dear aunt to Angela Barlas, Jeanette Bolt and Scott Ball. Loving sister-in-law to James Ball. Diane will be sadly missed by her best friend Nancy Hannam, and Harry’s mother Irene (the late Ernie). She was predeceased by her father Roy Anderson, her mother Leone Baxter and her sister Phyllis Ball.
Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or your local animal shelter would be appreciated by Diane’s family and may be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted with Diane’s arrangements.
