Nay Mom, of Waterloo and formerly of Tillsonburg passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at the age of 85 years. Beloved wife of the Late Sao Ouk (1993). Loving mother of Phat Mom (Mon Chann), Phal Ouk (Chean Tuy), Sok Sao, Ounn Sao (Sopath Tim), Oeun Sao (Steve Hayes), Thoeun Sao (Lyheang Lor), Thy Sao (Sophorn Suy) and Sonn Sao. Cherished grandmother of 25 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Soun Mom. Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Saturday, January 14, 2023 for visitation from 12:00 – 1:00 pm. The Funeral Service for Nay will follow at 1:00 pm with Kosal Sak officiating. Interment will be held at the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Honouring their tradition, the family will be dressed in white attire. Guests are welcome to join the family in this tradition but this is optional. A reception will be held at the Chean residence following the service.
