Norman Michael Kozakievicz, beloved brother and uncle, passed away suddenly on January 25, 2023 at 72 years of age. He is survived by his bother David (April) and sister Cathy Matthys (Jim). Uncle to Megan (Tanner), Stephanie (Chadd), Emily and Adam. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Josephene.
A Private Family service will be held at Ostrander’s Funeral Home limited at a later date. Interment will take place at the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society may be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
