Patricia Eleanor Kathleen Irwin passed away at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Monday December 20, 2021 in her 92 year. Loving mother to Gordon and his wife Carina of Sweden and Douglas Irwin of Woodbridge. Dear grandmother of Caroline. Cousin to Bob & Margaret Howey, Hugh & Mabel Howey ,Bill Howey and Sandra Wigmore. Predeceased by her husband David (2005).
Cremation has taken place.
