PAUL RICHARD DEAMONE
1949 - 2020
Surrounded by the love of his family at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Thursday, January 2, 2020, Paul Richard Deamone of Mt. Elgin and formerly of Mississauga passed away at the age of 70 years. Beloved husband and best friend for 45 years to Dianne. Proud and loving father of Shana Deamone (Roger Chin) of Ajax and Andrew Deamone (Joanne) of Norwich. Cherished Grandpa of Jocelyn Chin, Tyler Deamone, Camden Chin, Lucas Deamone and Evan Deamone. Dear brother of Barbara Watton, Grant Deamone (Elizabeth), Marguerite Foster (John), Robert Deamone, Ruby Sabine (Malcolm), Pauline Frail (Stewart) and brother-in-law of Joyce Wile (Ozzie), Merle Zinck (Elaine) and Monica Zinck. Paul is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents LeRoy and Eleanor (Bain) DeMone, infant sister Elizabeth Deamone and brothers-in-law St. Clair and Charles Zinck. Paul was known as a well respected, hard working man. He was a dedicated employee at Duron Ontario Limited in Mississauga for 34 years. He was an avid gardener, card player and loved an occasional Budweiser. Paul also enjoyed spending time at the trailer with his family and many friends. In keeping with Paul’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the Deamone family.
