Obituary for Phillip "Phil" Earl Hendershott
PHILLIP EARL HENDERSHOTT
November 26, 1954 – February 5, 2024
Peacefully, after a brief illness, at Norfolk General Hospital in Simcoe on Monday, February 5, 2024, Phillip “Phil” Earl Hendershott of Waterford passed away at the age of 69 years. Beloved husband and best friend of the Late Pati Main (2023) for over 30 years. Proud and loving father of Joshua Main, Brandon Tilford, Lisa Hendershott, Justin Hendershott and Miranda Hendershott. Cherished grandpa of Emily, Cameron, Connor, Aiden, Kyla, Conner, Carter, Hannah, Jaden, Emma, Kyle and great-grandson Weston. Predeceased by his parents Arnold and Myrtle (Claus) Hendershott. Phil was a dedicated employee with the LBCO for over 30 years. In keeping with Phil’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life for both Pati and Phil will be held at a date and time to be announced. Memorial donations to Sick Kids Hospital, Toronto may be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted by the family.
