Richard Allan Chute
August 16, 1946 – January 24, 2021
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of their cherished husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. Loving husband and partner of over 50 years of Diane (nee Eaves). Very proud father of Shane (Kathie) and Jamie (Pam). Devoted Poppa of Kim, Matt, Eric, Greg, Kimberley, Katelyn, Nate, and Colin. Poppa Rick to Larissa and Daddy to Amber. Uncle Al to half the family. He shared his passion of the outdoors, hockey, camping, fishing, and especially horseshoes with countless number of friends and family. He will be missed. A celebration of his life will be held at Springwater in the summertime. In memory of Richard, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and may be done by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell St., ON N4G 3T6 (519) 842-5221 whom have been entrusted with the arrangements.
