It is hard to find the words to explain
How amazing he was, our father Wayne,
He led a life of adventure and kicks,
Raising hell since 46’
He lived his life in this town,
And placed his roots in this ground,
He gained many friends while attending schools,
Causing mayhem and breaking the rules,
With his father, mother, and sisters three,
They operated the Gray’s Ambulance and Taxi,
We would hear stories from back then,
Of him helping to save the lives of strangers and friends,
Then later, finding the love of his life,
From which they become husband and wife,
Their circle of family and friends grew,
As did their love and support for all of you,
For many years, they loved and laughed,
Until the day, his love, she passed,
From then on, his heart was broken,
A sentiment we shared and often spoken,
Yet through it all, he carried on,
He kept on joking with a smile so strong,
For all who that knew Wayne Gray,
The memories of him, with you shall stay,
He loved you all, to him, you are the best
And in his words “Kiss my … to all the rest.”

Rest with mom
Love forever, Mike and Chris
