Peacefully, at Caressant Care Nursing Home in Woodstock on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, Robert VanBelle passed away at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Monica for 56 years. Proud father of his sons, Ronald, Michael and Joseph (Marianne). Cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Thomas, Noah, Emmitt, Chloe, Jason and Luke. Dear brother of Marguerite, Lawrence and Georgette. Predeceased by his infant daughter, Karen, parents, Marcel and Celina VanBelle, sister, Madeline and brothers, George, Remi and Gerard. In keeping with Robert’s wishes, cremation has taken place with a celebration of life at a later date.
