Mrs. McDowell was my neighbor in Tillsonburg for almost three years. I didn’t know her too well, I just used to bring cookies for her once in a while and she would share them with her elderly friend across the hall. I will remember Sheila as being a kind hearted and spirited woman. At 91 years of age, she took great pride in her independence and her cat. She loved her family deeply and I know she missed them at times. I would like to express my sincerest condolences to her family.
