Obituary for Timothy Edward John "Tim" Rowland
TIM ROWLAND
1967– 2023
On Friday August 11, 2023 at University Hospital, London. Tim is survived by his mom, Nancy Patterson, his loved and cherished children, always his pride and joy, Liam and Alexandra, and their mother Karen. Also survived by his loved and adored fiancé Lori Godfree. Predeceased by his father Gerry Rowland (2019) and his step father Bill Patterson (2019).
Following his Western University graduation in Science and Physical Education, Tim’s working career began with elementary teaching, real estate sales and finally the last 25 years in pharmaceutical sales. His varied interests included playing slo-pitch baseball in his earlier years and Men’s league hockey. More recently he enjoyed the occasional game of billiards, cheering the London Knights and his favourite team the Boston Bruins was top on his list.
He developed a lifetime of friendships as the years went by and each and every friend was treated like a family member.
To all of those friends we will be forever grateful for their love and support.
Tim’s Celebration of Life will be held at The Elm Hurst Inn, 415 Harris St, Ingersoll, ON N5C 3J8 on Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
To honour Tim’s life, his family would appreciate, in lieu of flowers, donations to the University Hospital, London, Organ Transplant Unit or the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital. Donations can be made directly or by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home Limited.
