1920 – 2013
Peacefully, on Sunday December 15, 2013 at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, David Chirnside at the age of 93 years. Predeceased by his beloved wife Mary (2008). Loving father to Norma Doig of Rosseau, Ontario and David Chirnside of San Antonio, Texas. Also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grand-daughters. David will be remembered for his kind sence of humor and his positive outlook on life. A heartfelt thankyou is extended to the staff at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital and the Harvest Community for all the kindness and care expressed by all that knew David. Cremation has taken place and David’s Inurnment will take place later in his native Scotland U.K. Donations in David’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation Research or a charity of your choice.
