My name is Rose Knowles . Although I was Betty's senior by 20 years, we graduated from London Teachers' college in 1967. Norma Palmer also graduated.  Since i was married with four chidren at home I car pooled daily. Sometimes the two young ladies rode with us. I've only heard about Betty once since then.  It was good to read about her happy, fulfilling, productive life.

Kara and Kristen, I am sorry for your loss,. My prayer is that you will experience the peace and  comfort that only God can give during times like these.
